Staff Meeting

On Friday, December 13th our offices will be closed from 11am to 2pm MST for staff training. Borrower Connection will remain operational but no one will be available by phone until after 2pm MST.

December 2019 payments

The December 1, 2019 payment must be made by 6pm MST on Tuesday, December 31, 2019. December 2019 payments made after 6pm MST will not post until January 2, 2020 and will be reported as delinquent to the credit bureaus.

December Office Closures

Our offices will close at 3pm MST on Tuesday, December 24th and will reopen at 8am MST on Thursday, December 26th for Christmas. Our offices will also close at 3pm MST on Tuesday, December 31 and will reopen at 8am MST on Thursday, January 2 for New Years.

Payment Due Date and Late Fees

All payments are due on the first of the month. As long as payments are made by the 16th of the month, a late fee will not be assessed. If a monthly payment is not made by 6pm MT the last business day of the month, it will be reported to the credit bureaus.

Homeowners Insurance

It's time for many homeowners insurance policies to renew. Please contact your agent and verify that they have HomeLoanServ listed as the mortgagee and that they have your HomeLoanServ loan number listed on your policy. This will help expedite the process of getting your renewal premium paid on time.

Two-Step Login Helps Keep Your Information Safe

Two-step login is an extra layer of security to make sure you’re the only one who can access your account, even if someone else knows your password. It adds an extra step to your basic login procedure. Borrower Connection is now secured through a two-step login process. Each time you log in, you will be asked to enter a username and password as well as an additional six-digit code, which you can choose to receive by email, text, or phone call.

For your security, after five failed login attempts, your account will be locked. To prevent this, we suggest using Forgot Username or Forgot Password to update your login information after your third failed attempt. If you get locked out, wait ten minutes and your account will automatically be unlocked.
